Are setup charges included in the price of tents?

Absolutely! We set up and tear down each and every tent for your convenience.

Are setup charges included in the price of tables and chairs.

No. With our standard price we will unload and stack all of the tables and chairs under the tent or in an easy to access area.

However, we can setup tables and chairs for an additional fee with an event layout provided a week before.

What is the booking process?

Once you get your quote there will be a contract to sign and a 50% deposit required to secure your date and rental items. With the remaining 50% due a week before the event date. You will be able to sign and pay all through our software with the quote.

Where can I put the tent?

For any size tent we ask that you allow for an additional 7’ around the tent. Our tents can only be installed on grass.

What should we do after the event?

After the party and everything gets cleaned up, you just need to stack the tables and chairs back neatly where they were when they were dropped off. Unless other arrangements were made for us to setup and teardown the tables and chairs.
